December was AWESOME! Kayla learned how to walk, blow kisses, and say buh bye. Chloe learned what Christmas is all about and shared it with anyone, and I mean anyone, who would listen. She would tell strangers to "Go have some cake. It's Jesus's birfday!"
From Thanksgiving weekend on, Cesar and I made it a point to do something fun for the girls, EVERY weekend. We did it on a budget, so sometimes we would end up going to look at some cool Christmas lights with coco, but they always had fun! We went to Tom's Farm and played, we went to see the Alta Loma lights, we went to a Christmas party, we went to a Winter Wonderland, and we went on a beautiful horse drawn carriage ride to see the lights downtown, perfect for my 2 princesses, oh and, Santa came to our house!!!! He brought Chloe a "big girl bike" and Kayla a pink push car with a giant frog! All 4 of us ended up with the flu Christmas morning which kind of dampened the festivities, but we still had fun! The following Sunday we went up to the snow. I will post pictures of that later. The 3 girls, me included, were ready to move anywhere there was snow. Chloe wanted to live on the side of the road, where we stopped to play in the snow, with her sleeping bag.
God still continues to bless us and we are extremely thankful for it! I LOVE being a Mommy!
I am no good at downloading pictures to the blog, they always end up in a random order, so my apologies for the following...
Christmas night in their matching pjs from Olivia!
I'm not sure how this one ended up upside down...Chloe and her sleeping bag.
