Happy Holidays

We started the holiday season by taking the girls to see Santa...it didn't go very well. Chloe screamed "Momma, Dada, Momma, Dada" and reached out for us like a maniac, while Kayla relaxed in his arms. If you ask Chloe if she likes Santa she responds with a quick and forceful "NO!" but if you ask if he should bring her presents she responds just as quickly with a "YES!" I was able to get the Christmas tree up while Chloe was sidetracked with a movie. When she came downstairs and saw the tree she said "OOH, AHH" and she hasn't left the ornaments alone since.Kayla is holding her head up more, but she still reminds us of a bobble head. She smiles the most gorgeous smiles when I talk to her. I love being a Mommy. She adores her big sister. She tries to track Chloe as she races around her.Chloe can now recite the alphabet, with a little help. This, and her dancing, is what we find to be entertaining these days. She is a cRaZy two year old- and we love it!We have had a busy month going to Disneyland, Sea World, Laguna Beach, and to look at Christmas lights in downtown Riverside. Kayla usually sleeps through all of the excitement but Chloe soaks it up and sleeps through the ride home.I was baptised at our church today, November 30, 2008. I knew that it was time to make my public commitment to Him and thought that since Jesus is the reason for the season, there would be no better time to do it. I hope that the Holidays find you all happy and healthy and hope to see you all soon.
