2 Thumbs and MUSCLES!

Who has 2 thumbs and has walked, ran, or biked 1000 miles????







ME!!!!!




I have been working out since Memorial Day weekend but I didn't start tracking my mileage on Daily Mile until August. October 13, 2011 I completed my first 100 miles. October 17, 2011 I ran my first half marathon- and got my first running injury. The injury has forced me into a love affair with the bike. (Although I still run from time to time, shhhh don't tell my doctor!) December 21, 2011 I reached the 500 mile goal and then today, January 21, 2012, I hit my 1000 mile goal! 500 miles in one month!!!!!! 27 pounds gone, 15-20 more to go! But, I am soooo in love with my MuScLes!!!
